We process all payments with paypal through our Secure Server.
If you use paypal and pay by check, we will ship your order as soon as the check clears our paypal account. It usually takes about 4 banking days for this to happen. We have experienced a problem with the orders not coming thru the cart when choosing the pay by check method. Please be prepared to send us a copy of your order if you use this method of payment.
Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders will be shipped via UPS. Your order, in most cases, will be shipped within five (5) business days of payment received. This does not include shipping time which will be an additional 2-5 business days.

Shipping charges are added to your order at Checkout. Your total will include shipping charges.
Returns
Returns will be refused without prior authorization from Nature's Medleys. To receive authorization, returns must be reported within five days from receipt of shipment. Returns are subject to round trip freight charges and a 20% restock fee. To receiive credit, all items must be received within 20 days from original shipment date and in original condition. Credits are in-house only. Absolutely no returns on Refresher Oils.
Call tags will be issued for damaged or incorrect shipments at our discretion. Damages must be reported by phone or fax within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The original damaged box and packaging must be saved for inspection by UPS for five days. Credit for damages will be issued only after product is returned to Nature's Medleys.
