- We have minimums of 3 per item in most cases.
- We have a $50 minimum order.
- Orders placed under minimum order will have a small order charge of $7.50 added.
- Please fill out our Sales tax Exemption form and mail to 290 Log Cabin Road, Kingsland, AR 71652. We must have it before filling wholesale orders.
- We ship UPS by default because it includes insurance, if you want insurance on USPS shipments you have to purchase it separately. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they leave our warehouse unless there is insurance purchased.
- Merchandise damaged during transport by UPS must be reported to UPS and a claim made. You must retain the packing materials 5 days from the time you report the damage in case UPS decides to pick up the damaged items.
- All returns must be made within 7 days and must have a return authorization number. There is absolutely no returns on Refresher oils.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We do not ship COD or on net terms.
- Checks will delay your order until they clear, we advise a money order or cashiers check.
